Looking backwards is almost always easier than looking forward. We should have done this, we could have done that and wouldn’t it have been easier if we had done it this way?
At the beginning of a new year, it’s a good time to stop and reflect over where we have been and where want to go.
The past, with careful study, can be understood and we can learn from it. The future is, and will always be, much harder to know.
